By printing the data pool, you can print information on the objects that are displayed in the view. The length of the list is limited by the Maximum number of entries parameter. For more information refer to: Configuring Objects and Field Elements View.

You have the following options for printing the data pool:

Printing from the Objects View

There can be a large volume of data in the pool. The print job cannot be cancelled, thus keep in mind that all data is printed without exceptions.

  • The Engineering perspective is displayed.
  1. Open the Objects view.
  1. Filter the objects to be printed.
  1. Click  Print Filtered List.
  • The following properties are printed:
  • Instance Name
  • Description
  • Type
  • Date and time of the last configuration
  • External ID
  • External source
  • Instance name of the discipline

Printing from the Field Elements View

  1. Select the Field Elements view.
  1. Click  Print filtered list.
  • The following properties are printed:
  • Instance Name
