Configuring Automatic Access Route Plans Printouts- The CUPS server has been configured.
- The OPS/Workflow Configuration or Print Configuration perspective is displayed.
- Right-click the area and select Create Annotation > Create Automatic Message Reaction.
- In the Comment tab, enter a comment for the reaction.
- In the Affected Objects tab, configure the trigger attributes:
- For Any Object of Type: Configure a trigger attribute for the specific object types (for example Fire Detector).
- Changed Attribute: Configure a trigger attribute for the specific attribute types (for example Alarm).
- Old State: Select a transition state (for example quiet).
- New State: Select a transition state (for example alarm).
- In the Automatic Message Reaction tab, you have the following options:
- Automatic Message Reaction: Select Automatic printout of access route plans.
- Printer: Select a printer.
- Copies: Decide on the number of copies for the printout and click Finish.
- To apply the printout to the runtime client, perform the activation.
- To check whether the printout was successful, you have the following options:
- Open the Operator Log perspective and search for a corresponding entry.
- If the printout was not successful, an entry is entered in the Tasks view of the Administration perspective.
