You can import multiple audio files and customize the audio for incoming messages based on the categories such as information, alarm, fault, and so on. Configuring audio for various messages helps the operator to identify the criticality of an incoming message without looking into the monitor.
Audio File Requirements
Before importing an audio file, make sure that the following requirements are satisfied:
- The file format of the audio must be with the extension .wav.
- The duration of the audio must only vary from 1 to 5 seconds.
- Different audio files must have the same volume.
Importing Audio File
- Either the Administration or Engineering perspective is displayed.
- Click
Import Data.
- In the Data channel field, select Audio and click Next.
- In the File to import field, select the audio file you want to import and click Finish.
