Creating Calendar Entries
You can create several calendar entries.
- The Scheduled Events perspective is displayed.
- A calendar has been selected.
- Complete one of the following steps:
- In the Calendar Entries view, click Create New Calendar Entry.
- In the Administration tree, right-click the calendar and select New > Create New Calendar Entry.
- Enter a name.
- In the Start Time field, enter a date and time.
- Repeat this step for End Time.
- In the Day of the Week field, select a weekday.
- Click Finish.
Editing Calendar Entries
Editing the Name of Calendar Entries
You can edit the name of the calendar entries.
- The Scheduled Events perspective is displayed.
- A calendar has been selected.
- In the Object Properties view, click the Instance Name value.
- Enter your changes.
- Press Enter.
Editing Calendar Entries
You can edit the calendar entry settings.
- The Scheduled Events perspective is displayed.
- A calendar has been selected.
- You have the following options to edit the calendar entry:
- In the header, click Modify Calendar Entry.
- Double-click the entry you want to edit.
- Right-click the entry you want to edit and select Modify Calendar Entry.
- Enter your changes.
- Click Finish.
Deleting Calendar Entries
You can delete calendar entries.
- The Scheduled Events perspective is displayed.
- A calendar has been selected.
- You have the following options, to delete the calendar entry:
- In the header, click Delete Object(s) from Database.
- Right click the entry you want to delete and select Delete Object(s) from Database.
- Click Yes.
