The login dialog is displayed, a user is currently logged-in but no client can be selected. The cause can be that previous clients were not stopped correctly and corresponding Java processes are still active.
- Stop the client.
- Open the task manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and selecting Start Task Manager.
- Check the Processes tab to see if Java processes are still active.
- If Java processes are active, end the processes. Keep in mind to only end Siveillance Control related Java processes, since other applications can use Java, too.
- Restart Siveillance Control client and login again.
- If still no selection is available, restart the Siveillance Control server with the following command:
siveillancecontrol restart
