Data Import Fails

If the TCP port 8080 is blocked by firewall settings, you cannot import data.

After finishing the importer dialog an error message is displayed. The error message states that the import connection to the server is not available.

Make sure that the necessary communication ports are open. For more information refer to: Communication Overview in IT Security.
