In the Print Configuration perspective, you can manage printers, printer jobs, printer configurations and print related annotations. Printers to be installed must already be installed in a CUPS (Common Unix Printing System).
The layout of this perspective consists of the following elements:
- The Workstation & Printers Tree displays the printers.
- The Location Tree displays the areas and detectors.
- The System Tree displays the connected systems.
- The Default Printers View displays the default printers for a selected node.
- The Print Templates View displays a list of print template annotations for a selected object.
- The Automatic Message Reaction View displays all annotations for automatic message reactions
- The Object Properties View displays the properties of a selected printer.
- The Tasks View displays the tasks to be processed.
- The Print Jobs View displays all print jobs performed.
Opening the Perspective
- In the toolbar, click the following symbol:
- Select the Print Configuration perspective.
