Performing Commands

You can send pre-configured commands to subsystems directly from the workstation. A distinction is made between pre-configured commands and commands which Siveillance Control receives directly from the subsystem.

  • Either the Engineering or Event/Messages perspective is displayed.
  1. You can select several detectors or detector groups and perform commands by using multi-selection. In order to perform commands, detectors or detector groups need to have the same data point type and to be listed under the same component. There are several possibilities to perform commands:
  • In the Location Tree, right-click one or more detectors or detector groups and select Perform Command > [Command].
  • In the System Tree, right-click one or more detectors or detector groups and select Perform Command > [Command].
