- An overview of all print jobs performed on the client is displayed, including the name of the printer that performed the print job and the name, status, and timestamp of the last modification of the print job.
- Check the status of the pint job. The following statuses are possible:
- Pending: The status of a print job once it enters the print queue.
- Rendering: The status of a print job once the rendering of the actual printout content has begun.
- Printing: The status of a print job once the content of the printout is sent to and processed by the actual printer.
- Finished: The status of a print job once it has been successfully completed. The content of the printout is available by the corresponding printer.
- Cancel requested: The status of a print job once a user requests it to be canceled.
- Cancelled: The status of a print job once a user cancels it. The print job changes its status at the next possible time.

Cleaning Up Print Jobs

Keep in mind that you can only clean up the print jobs with the Finished, Cancelled and Failed statuses. Print jobs from the previous day will be deleted. In this way, at least all jobs from yesterday to today are available in the overview. Also, after each server startup, all print jobs are cleaned up regardless of their status or age, and the print jobs overview is always empty.

- In the Print Configuration perspective, select the Print Jobs view and click Clean Up Print Jobs in the upper-right corner. For more information on the view, refer to: Print Jobs View.
- In the Administration perspective, click System > Printers in the Administration tree. Right-click a printer and select Clean Up Print Jobs.
- Confirm the cleanup of print jobs.
