You can print a test page to check if the printer settings are correct. You can do this for a CUPS printer or a default printer.
- The Print Configuration perspective is displayed.
- To print a test page on the CUPS printer, right-click a printer under the CUPS printer server node in the Workstation & Printers tree and select Print Test Page.
- To print a test page on the default printer, right-click the Workstations node or subnode in the Workstation & Printers tree and select Print Test Page on Default Printer.
- If a test page cannot be printed, a notice window is displayed. You have the following options:
- Check if the printer is switched on and accessible.
- Check the settings on the CUPS server.
