The following reasons are possible for OIS disconnection:

  • There is a temporary network disconnection in OIS.
  • There is a downtime for OIS Server.

If the OIS connection is interrupted, Siveillance Control tries to restore the connection automatically for every 60 seconds, until the OIS connection is established.

To establish a connection with OIS manually, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Administration perspective, right-click the OIS connection and select Stop.
  1. Right-click the OIS connection and select Start to start the connection again.
