Siveillance Control cannot be started without users being configured. This scenario can arise owing to an incorrect configuration. It would likewise be conceivable that no user is configured as an administrator.
Restoring Default Users
- In the menu bar, select Window > Preferences.
- Select Siveillance Control > Server Settings.
- In the During Server Startup field, select Import default configuration.
- Stop the Siveillance Control engineering server.
- Start the Siveillance Control engineering server.
