The status bar is displayed in the Events/Messages perspective. You can add bookmarks to the status bar.
Adding Bookmarks to the Status Bar
- The Administration perspective is displayed.
- In the Administration tree, right-click System > Status Bar and select New > Status Bar Bookmark.
- Enter the name under which the status bar entry is to be displayed.
- Click Finish.
- Select the new status bar bookmark entry to assign a functionality.
- In the Object Properties view, select Misc > Referenced bookmark.
- Select a bookmark and click Finish.
Removing Bookmarks from the Status Bar
- The Administration perspective is displayed.
- In the Administration tree, right-click the bookmark you want to delete and select Delete Object(s) from Database.
- Click Yes.
Adding Table Filters to the Status Bar
Displaying the table filters from the Events/Messages perspective can increase transparency.
- The Events/Messages perspective is displayed.
- In either the Messages (Filter), System States (Filter), Scheduled Events (Filter) or Events (Filter) tree, right-click the table filter to be displayed in the status bar and select Show Bookmark in Status Bar.
- To remove an entry from the status bar, right-click it in the respective tree and select Remove Bookmark from Status Bar.
Sorting the Status Bar
- The Administration perspective is displayed.
- In the Administration tree, select a bookmark.
- Move the bookmark to the new position.
- The position of the bookmark changes in both the Administration tree and the Events/Messages perspective.
