To perform automatic events, you need to create operation procedure step.
- The OPS/Workflow perspective is displayed.
- In the Location Tree, right-click the objects or detectors for which you want to create automatic event and select New > Area.
- Right-click the new area and select Create Annotation > Create Message Handling.
- In the Message Handling tab, select any of the following options:
- Always create new message list entry: Use this option if you want to create a new message.
- Reuse newest active messages for the same object when a quiet message arrives: Use this option if you want to reuse the existing active message.
- The Create Events Automatically check box is displayed.
- Mark the Create Events Automatically check box and click Finish.
- Select the area and refresh.
- The newly created automatic event is displayed in the Message Handling view.
