The Events (Filter) tree displays the different states of all events.
The following event states are possible:
Status | Event | Descriptions |
|---|---|---|
New | Not assigned to a user and has never been started before | A new event has been created in the message rating, which is not started directly and not opened in the Rate Message window. |
In Progress | Assigned to a user | The event is opened in the Rate Message window. |
Reminder Scheduled | Not assigned to a user, reminder is set | An event reminder for operation procedure steps has been created. The event reminder is not due yet and the event is not opened in the Rate Message window. |
Pending | Not assigned to a user, is already started | The event is created and started but not yet opened by a user in the Rate Message window. |
Finished | Closed | The event is closed. |
