The license file is provided by the hotline, siveillance.support.industry@siemens.com. A license import is required for extension of functions and the licensed maximum count of the following objects:
- Areas
- Cameras and doors
- Devices and detectors
As long as no license file is imported, the Tasks view displays an error.
After import of the license file, if the current count of objects per category exceeds the licensed maximum value, the Tasks view displays the following:
- Warning: The current count exceeds the licensed warning count but is within the licensed maximum.
- Error: The current count exceeds the licensed maximum.
License Overview
Information on the available licenses can be found in Windows > Preferences under Siveillance Control.
Importing the License File
- The Engineering perspective is displayed.
- The license file is available. For more information contact the hotline.
- Click
Import Data.
- In the Data channel field, select License.
- Click Next.
- For File to import, select the license file.
- Click Next.
- Keep the settings for MOX Detail Change and click Next.
- Click Finish.
- The licenses are imported and activated.
- You can check the available licenses in Windows > Preferences under Siveillance Control.
