The Point Debug Info displays all the information about a point from point info, errors, and status. You can look if the point is not reading correctly.
The Point Debug Info is only for connected points, not local points.
- Select
> System Integrator Apps > DB Builder 
.
- Expand the Connectors Tree.
- Select the desired point.
- Click Debug
.
- The debug info of that point displays.
You can view the info and copy it to send in an email if needed.
- Click Okay.
