By default, all the features under Operation > Incidents are disabled. To enable all the features and to perform the relevant functions, you need to activate alarm processing.
- Configuration > Incidents is displayed.
- The required partition is selected.
- To activate alarm processing, perform the following steps:
- In the General tab, turn on the Activate alarm processing toggle button.
- Select Apply to save the changes.
- To deactivate alarm processing, perform the following steps:
- In the General tab, turn off the Activate alarm processing toggle button.
- Select Apply to save the changes.
- A pop-up appears to confirm the deactivation.
- Select Yes to confirm deactivation.
