By default, all the features under Operation > Incidents are disabled. To enable all the features and to perform the relevant functions, you need to activate Incidents.

  1. In vertical navigation, select Configuration > Incidents.
  1. To activate Incidents, enable the Activate Incidents toggle button and click Apply.
  1. To deactivate Incidents, disable the Activate Incidents toggle button and click Apply.
  • A pop-up appears for confirming the deactivation.
  1. Click Yes.
