Follow the below steps to add the system:
- Select Configuration > Connections (legacy).
- All systems that have been configured in Security Manager are displayed in the Connections.
- Click Add to create a new connection to the access control system.
- The Add system is displayed.
- Enter the name, the description (optional) and select SiPass from the drop-down list.
- By default, all the supported Features are selected. Deselect the Features which are not required:
- Export identities: The identities created in Security Manager will be exported to SiPass integrated under Cardholder. The following identity fields are exported: First name, Last name, Email, Physical credentials, Virtual credentials, Department ID and Location.
- Import identities: The cardholders created in SiPass integrated will be imported to Security Manager under Identities. The following cardholder fields are imported: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Credentials, Department Identifier and Location.
- Import privileges: The access levels and access groups created in SiPass integrated will be imported to Security Manager under Privileges.
- Export assigned privileges: The privileges assigned to identities in Security Manager will be exported to SiPass integrated under Cardholder.
- Import assigned privileges: The access levels and access groups assigned to cardholders in SiPass integrated will be imported to Security Manager under Identities.
- Import logs: The audit trail events related to access, alarm, and alarm acknowledgement created in SiPass integrated will be imported to Security Manager under Activities.

- Click Save to save the settings.
- The connection is created. Details of the connection are displayed.
- Configuration file is available for download.
Connection status
The following connection status can be displayed:
- Initial: This status is displayed after the system is added to Security Manager.
- Operational: This status is displayed, if SiPass integrated system and SiPass integrated Sync Agent are connected to Security Manager.
- Agent connected: This status is displayed, if SiPass integrated Sync Agent is connected to Security Manager but not connected to SiPass integrated.
- Disconnected: This status is displayed, if SiPass integrated system and SiPass integrated Sync Agent are disconnected from Security Manager.
