If a connected video system is operational, Incidents receive all alarms that are registered on the Siveillance Video Management System (VMS). For more information on the connection status refer to Monitoring the video system connection status
All events that are configured as alarms in VMS alarm definition will trigger an incident creation according to the rules for grouping alarms and ignoring alarms. For more information refer to Configuring Incident Creation
The most relevant data defined in VMS Management client for alarm definition are mapped to incident data as described in the table below. Also video alarm status is synchronized with status of the respective incident.
