Locks and Gateways can be searched by various properties.
Lock status
Follow the below steps to search for the status of locks:
- Select in the search field, select Status.
- Select Not assigned or Assigned.
- Press Enter to view the list of locks based on search and select the required lock.
- Or...
- Enter the lock ID in the search field and press Enter.
Battery charge status
Follow the below steps to search for the locks with the low value of battery charge:
- Select in the search field, select Battery charge and Low.
- Press Enter to view the list of locks based on search and select the required lock.
Gateway name
Follow the below step to search gateways:
- Enter the name of the gateway in the search field and press Enter.
