Under Configuration > SOPs you can configure the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for different classifications. After an incident is classified by the operator the SOP assigned to the chosen classification is displayed.

In the top bar of SOP Configuration, all available OPSs (Operating Procedure Steps) are displayed. To set up an SOP, you can drag an OPS onto a position in the SOP, that is displayed for a classification in SOP Configuration.

You can configure classifications, OPSs and SOPs. For detailed information, refer to the following chapters.

With the Apply button, all changes are activated. If you do not want to activate your changes, use the Reset button.

Activating changed SOPs during operation might affect the work on open incidents.
