Per default, incidents are retained for 7 days in the Incidents list after the last interaction on the incident. You can change the retention time.
Any system or user activity related to an incident is logged in Activities. The retention policy for incidents does not affect the logged activities. Activities are retained for 90 days.
- On the left navigation pane, select Configuration > Incidents.
- In the Retention time field, enter a number of days in the range of 1 to 90.
- Incidents will remain in the Incdents list for the defined period and then will be removed from the list.
