• Configuration > Incidents > SOPs is displayed.
  1. To apply your changes of the SOP configuration, select Apply and select Save to apply the changes.
  • The changes are applied to all existing open incidents. NOTICE! Keep in mind, that the change of SOPs might affect the work on open incidents.
  1. If you do not want to activate you changes, select Reset.
  • The SOP configuration is set back to the state before your first change.
