Provisioning logs
You can view information related to all the activities performed on users and groups within Azure AD using the Provisioning logs. These logs are not live updated, but logs are refreshed on-demand. To view Provisioning logs, click Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications > Provisioning logs.
You can customize the information displayed in the Provisioning logs using the following:
- Refresh : To see live updates of Provisioning logs, whenever a new event occurs.
- Columns : To specify which columns (fields) should appear in the log file, and in what order.
- Search Identity Name or ID : To search a specific Identity Name or ID.
- Applying time filters : Apply time filters if you want to retrieve data for a particular period of time, number of days, month, or date range.
- Show dates as : To select Local or UTC.
- Status : To select the status that you want to display in the log file. Following are the available statuses: Success, Failure, Skipped, and Warning.
- Action : To select the actions that you want to display in the log file. Following are the available actions: Create, Update, Delete, Disable, Staged Delete, and Other.
- Adding result filters : To apply filters for the following: Job ID, Cycle ID, Change ID, Source system, Target system, Application.
- Sorting log entries : To sort the log entries in ascending and descending order.
Audit Logs
Audit Logs are used to trace all the activities performed in the Enterprise application. To view audit logs, click Azure Active Directory > Enterprise applications > Audit logs.
You can customize the information displayed in the Audit logs section using the following:
- Download : To download the audit logs file.
- Refresh : To see live updates of audit logs, whenever a new event occurs.
- Columns : To specify which columns (fields) should appear in the log file, and in what order.
