There are two ways that Event Enrollment objects can be created through the web interface: from a template or by clicking on any object.
Creating Event Enrollment objects from a template
When creating an Event Enrollment object that tracks remote objects, it is recommended to create it with a template. Use the following procedure to create a new Event Enrollment object with the Templates application.
- Select Application > My folder > Templates.
- Click
to open the Event Enrollment object template’s properties.
- Configure the core properties. See Configuring event enrollment objects for a full list of properties that must be configured.
- Click to save.
- Click to create the object.
- The object has been created.
You can further customize the Event Enrollment object’s properties or delete the object in Object collection > Event Enrollment objects.
Creating Event Enrollment objects from existing objects
When creating an Event Enrollment object that tracks local objects, it is recommended to create it using the button. Use the following procedure to create a new Event Enrollment object from an existing object.
- Select Application > My folder > Object collection.
- Click an object type from the list.
- Click next to the object you would like to add as an Event Enrollment object.
- Select Click here to navigate to view the object.
- A list containing all Event Enrollment objects will appear.
- Click to configure the object's properties. See Configuring event enrollment objects for a full list of properties that must be configured.
- The object has been created.
Deleting event enrollment objects
- Select Application > My folder > Object collection > Event Enrollment objects.
- A list containing all event enrollment objects will appear.
- Click next to the object you would like to delete.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the object.
- Click Delete to delete the object.
- Click Cancel to keep the object.
