Setting the Event configuration property to Change of state enables the Change of state extension. This extension detects whether a binary object property is equal to a configured alarm value or an enumerated property is equal to one of a configured set of alarm values. The Change of state extension can be applied to Binary_Input, Binary_Output, Binary_Value, Multistate_Input, Multistate_Output, and Multistate_Value objects.
