Use the Backup database tab to create and save a backup file of the controller's database.
- The device is operational.
- Go to the Backup database tab.
- Click Backup.
- A progress bar will display as the backup is being created.
- A toast message will tell you if the backup succeeded or failed.
- The file will automatically transfer to your local downloads folder.
