Inputs and outputs can be configured as free inputs on all DXR2s. This permits the querying of states over unused inputs and outputs switching states as well as directly controlling another device over BACnet. The free inputs can be monitored with a process alarm.
The monitoring function must be configured to enable these alarms.
Description | Default value |
---|---|
Monitoring binary input 1…n 0:None | 0:None |
Monitoring analog input 1…n 0:None | 0:None |
The enabling, limit values, and description texts must also be configured for each configured monitoring function.
Binary input
Description | Name | Default value |
---|---|---|
Monitoring binary input 0:Yes | Enable event detection | 1:No |
State that triggers the alarm. 0:Active | Event parameters | 0:Active |
Time delay for alarm | Time delay | 0 [s] |
Alarm description text | Description | Monitoring binary input n |
Analog input
Description | Name | Default value |
---|---|---|
Monitoring analog input 0:Yes | Enable event detection | 1:No |
State that triggers the alarm. | High limit | 0 |
State that triggers the alarm. | Low limit | 0 |

Note
The applicable system limits must be observed.
