With the 
Go to button you can switch from the Visitors tab of the visit to the General tab of the visitor in Visitors, where further details can be found and added.
- Visits > Visits is displayed.
- Select a visit and open the Visitors tab.
- Choose a visitor and click on the Go to button.
- Visit > Visitors is displayed in a new browser tab.
- Under General, details of the chosen visitor are shown.
