You can create widgets and specify the data to be displayed for each widget.
- The dashboard is displayed.
- Sites are created and devices are assigned to the sites. For more information refer to: Engineering Guide.
- Tags are created and devices are tagged. For more information refer to: Engineering Guide.
- Click the Settings button and select Create widget.
- A dialog with possible widgets is displayed.
- Select the data from the list you want to display on the dashboard as a widget.
- Depending on the data selected from the list, you have the following options to specify the information to be displayed in the widget:
- Name: Reuse the existing name of the widget or rename it.
- Partition: Select a partition whose data you want to display.
- Site: Select a site, whose data you want to be displayed on the widget you create, if necessary. Otherwise, keep the default settings. In this case, the data is not filtered and displayed for all sites. The All sites drop-down list displays all sites you have created. For more information on how to filter by sites, refer to: Working with drop-down lists.
- Tags: Select a tag or combination of tags, whose data you want to be displayed on the widget you create, if necessary. Otherwise, keep the default settings. In this case, the data is not filtered and displayed for all devices. The Tags drop-down list displays all tags you have created. For more information on how to filter by tags, refer to: Tags.
- Reference: Specify which reference value is to be displayed in the widget. Select Area [m²] to display the widget's data in relation to the size of sites. Select Number of desks to display the widget's data in relation to the number of desks.
- The widget's preview is displayed in the dialog.
- Click Save twice.
