You can only delete planned visits.
- Visits > Visitors is displayed.
- A visitor and a visit have been created.
- Select the visitor, for whom you want to delete a planned visit.
- Open Visits tab.
- Under Planned, click
Delete next to the visit, you want to delete.
- To confirm, click the Delete button in the dialog.
