1. Based on your configuration setup, specify your current location. Keep in mind the location selection is displayed only if you have multiple partitions or multiple campuses within one or more partitions. If a partition has no campuses, the campus selection option is not displayed. If you have only one partition with one campus, it is preselected by default. You have the following parameters:
  • Partition (required): Select a partition for visitor's preregistration, for example the country.
  • Campus (required): Select a campus for visitor's preregistration and click Save.
  • Once your location selection is saved, Security Manager updates your current location settings, reflecting the data at the top of the form. You can modify it as needed by clicking it.
  1. Under Planned visit, you have the following data:
  • Purpose of visit (required): Enter the purpose of the visit or meeting title.
  • Host (required): Displays the host's name.
  • Host email (optional): Enter the host's email address.
  • Host phone number (optional): Displays the host's phone number.
  • Location (optional): Displays the meeting's location that was previously selected.
  • Visit start (required): The start of the visit is preset to the current date and time. You can enter another date and time.
  • Visit end (required): The end of the visit is preset to the current date, 5:00 PM. You can enter another date and time.
  1. Under Visitors, enter the following data:
  • First name (required)
  • Last name (required)
  • Email (required): Enter an email address. Be aware that the email address of a visitor must be unique and can be used only once in the system. NOTICE! The name is not checked in relation to the email address. If the email address is already used in existing visitor data, the existing visitor is added to the visit, even if you entered a different name. No warning is displayed.
  • Phone (optional)
  • Company (optional)
  • If you want to add another visitor to the visit, click Add and enter the visitor data.
  1. Click Save.
  • The visitor data and visits are available for the guard at the front desk.
  1. If you want to add another visit, click Create and proceed with steps 2 - 5.
