The Occupancy dashboard displays the number of accesses granted to cardholders.

Every ID card number is unique and is registered only once in Security Manager. In this way, cardholders using their company ID cards are not counted twice or three times in the system, even if they enter a site more than once in a day.

Occupancy doughnut charts

There are two doughnut charts that display the total number of accesses granted to cardholders. Each doughnut chart consists of colored segments representing a department in your company. You can hover over a colored segment of the doughnut chart to examine the number of accesses granted to a specific department. In addition to department information, percentage breakdown of access granted to cardholders is also provided there.

Keep in mind that the department IDs need to be configured using the SiPass subsystem first in order to be able to display the department information. If no department IDs are configured, the doughnut charts will only display the number of accesses granted to cardholders today, on a specific day, or during the selected period.

Today: Hovering over a colored segment of the doughnut chart will display the number of cardholders of a certain department who entered the site today. In the center of the doughnut chart, you can see the total number of accesses granted to cardholders today.

Selected period: Hovering over a colored segment of the doughnut chart will display the number of cardholders of a certain department who entered the site during the selected period. In the center of the doughnut chart, you can see the total number of accesses granted for cardholders during the selected period.

Time series column chart

At the bottom of the screen, there is a diagram. You can hover over a blue bar of the column chart to verify the number of access granted. The vertical axis displays the number of accesses granted. The horizontal axis displays the time in hours of the single day or the date and day of the week during the selected period. What is displayed in the column chart depends on the period selected in the Calendar bar. For more information on the Calendar bar, refer to: Working with the calendar bar.

You can switch between the Days and 24 hours view for the selected period. The 24 hours view allows you to get an insight into the distribution of events, aggregated to 24 hours per day.

Days: Using this view you can see how many cardholders entered the site at any given day.

24 hours: Using this view you can see at what time most cardholders entered the site for the first time.
