The Maintenance dashboard provides an overview of all devices that may require action or your focused attention.
Currently offline tab
The Currently offline tab displays devices which are currently offline.
Type: It visually displays the type of the device. The following types of devices can be listed in the table: Card readers, cameras or doors.
Device: It displays the name of the device. To sort devices by name, click Device in the table header. To hide devices and no longer display them on the tab, refer to: Excluding devices.
Last activity: It shows the date and time the device was last online.
Offline for: It displays for how many minutes or hours the device has been offline.
All sites drop-down list
You can display devices that are offline at the selected site.
Therefore, select the site from the All sites drop-down list. For more information, refer to: All sites.
Tags drop-down list
You can filter devices that are offline based on a specific tag you have created.
Therefore, select the tag from the Tags drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Tags.
Battery charge tab
The Battery charge tab provides you with an overview about the battery status of devices and displays the last time the status was updated. In this way, you can easily find out which device needs maintenance, and thus quickly replace or recharge its battery.
Device: It displays the name of the device. To sort devices by name, click Device in the table header. To hide devices and no longer display them on the tab, refer to: Excluding devices.
Charge level: It displays the charge level of the battery and helps you to check the remaining battery charge. Depending on the device, the battery charge level is displayed either as a percentage value or by using indicators such as high, medium and low along with the minimum battery charge level. The lower the battery charge level in percentage, the more critical the color becomes. The red color or low charge indicator means that the battery needs to be changed or recharged.
Updated: It displays the date the battery status was last updated.
All sites drop-down list
You can display the battery charge level of any device at the selected site.
Therefore, select the site from the All sites drop-down list. For more information, refer to: All sites.
Tags drop-down list
You can filter the battery charge level of any device based on a specific tag you have created.
Therefore, select the tag from the Tags drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Tags.
Excluded devices tab
The Excluded devices tab gives you an overview of devices that are no longer to be displayed on the Currently offline and Battery charge tabs.
Device: It displays the name of the device. To sort devices by name, click Device in the table header.
Excluded since: It displays the date and time since the device is excluded.
All sites drop-down list
You can display excluded devices at the selected site.

Tags drop-down list
You can filter excluded devices based on a specific tag you have created.
