• Visits > Visits is displayed.
  1. Select an entry in the Visits list.
  1. Open Visitors tab.
  1. If there are no empty First name and Last name fields, click Add.
  1. You have the following options:
  • To add existing visitor data, type in one of the fields, and select the appropriate visitor data from the list.
  • To add a new visit, enter the following data:
    First name (required)
    Last name (required)
    Email (optional): If you enter a valid email address, the visitor is informed about the invitation.
  1. Click Save.
  • An email with the purpose of visit, the host and the date is sent to the visitor's email.
  • You can add another visitor to the visit.
