A visitor can be checked-in for one visit. If there is more than one planned visit, visits where no visitor is checked in, are also moved to Past the next day.

  • Visits > Visits is displayed.
  • A visitor has been added to a visit.
  1. In the Visits list, select the visit, for which you want to check in visitors.
  1. Open Visitors tab.
  1. Click Check in next to the visitor. If there are several visitors, choose the appropriate one.
  • In Visitors on the General tab of the visitor, Visit start is set to the current date and time.
  • Visitor data cannot be edited as long as the visitor is checked in.
  • An email is sent to the host with the following information: visitor name, purpose of visit, and company if available. The host is asked to pick up the visitor at the gate.
