A visitor can be checked-in for one visit. If there is more than one planned visit, visits where no visitor is checked in, are also moved to Past the next day.
- Visits > Visits is displayed.
- A visitor has been added to a visit.
- In the Visits list, select the visit, for which you want to check in visitors.
- Open Visitors tab.
- Click Check in next to the visitor. If there are several visitors, choose the appropriate one.
- In Visitors on the General tab of the visitor, Visit start is set to the current date and time.
- Visitor data cannot be edited as long as the visitor is checked in.
- An email is sent to the host with the following information: visitor name, purpose of visit, and company if available. The host is asked to pick up the visitor at the gate.
