Do not use the user or roles management of Building X Accounts application.
Use solely Security Manager Identities to manage users or identities.
In Identities, you can manage the identities in the access control system. For the identities, you can assign privileges, roles, credentials, user groups and mobile devices. You can add a new user group member by assigning the user group to the respective identity. While creating a new tenant an email is given for the administrator. Based on this email an administrator identity is created. The administrator identity is assigned with the Security Manager role to manage all other identities.
When a company has multiple partitions, identities are displayed based on partition selection. The first time you open Identities, a dialog is displayed to select the required partition. This feature is especially applicable for companies with more than one partition. Also, you can view, create, and edit identities specific to each partition if the required permissions are available.
