After subscription to Security Manager in the Siemens shopping cart, a customer account is created in the Building X Accounts application.

Do not use the user or roles management of Building X Accounts application.

Use solely Security ManagerIdentities to manage users or identities.

In Identities, you can manage the identities in the access control system. For the identities, you can assign privileges, roles, credentials, user groups and mobile devices. You can add a new user group member by assigning the user group to the respective identity. While creating a new tenant an email is given for the administrator. Based on this email an administrator identity is created. The administrator identity is assigned with the Security Manager role to manage all other identities.
