The current status of the access request is displayed in the Status field under General. Under Approvals, approver names and the state of the approval are listed.

Also, information on the status of the access request can be found in the Activities list. If you are assigned the Security Manager role, you can open the Activities list, select Operation > Activities.

The following activity entries concerning access requests are possible:

  • Request started: The approval of the request is pending.
  • Request canceled: The access request has been deleted by requester.
  • Request rejected: The request has been rejected.
  • Request approved: The request has been approved.
  • Email was sent: A notification e-mail has been sent to requester or to approver.
