You can display the mobile devices used by a user and report an individual mobile device as stolen or delete an individual mobile device if requested by the user.

  • In vertical navigation, open Access > Identities.

Activating and deactivating mobile devices

  1. In the Identities list, select the identity and open the Mobile devices tab.
  • The mobile devices used by the user are displayed. NOTICE! If a mobile device has been reported as stolen, this is also shown in the list. The stolen device cannot be activated or deactivated from Identity Management.
  1. Click Edit.
  1. Select the relevant device.
  1. To activate or deactivate the mobile device, proceed as follows:
  • Enable the toggle button to get the device activated.
  • The mobile device status displays as Active.
  • Disable the toggle button to get the device deactivated.
  • The mobile device status displays as DeactivedByUser.

Reporting mobile devices as stolen

  1. In the Identities list, select the identity.
  1. Open the Mobile devices tab and click Edit.
  1. Select the relevant device.
  1. Click Mark as stolen.
  1. Click Save.
  • Once the mobile device is marked as stolen, the toggle button is changed to disabled state and the device status displays as Stolen.
  • The user will be promptly logged out of the app on all devices. NOTICE! Once the user logs in to the app again on a device, they can use it as before.

Deleting mobile devices

  1. In the Identities list, select the identity.
  1. Open the Mobile devices tab and click Edit.
  1. Select the relevant device.
  1. Click Delete.
  1. Click Save.
  • Once the mobile device is deleted, the user will no longer receive any notification to the mobile device. Also, the mobile device will not be displayed in the list of used devices.

If the user logs out and back in to the app on the mobile device, the mobile device will be activated again. NOTICE! This may incur costs for key generation.
