Visitor passes can be printed. The pass shows the name and company of the visitor, the visit start date and the host name.

The printout is tested with a Brother QL 700 printer with the following settings: Paper Size: 54mm, Length: 86.0. Orientation: Portrait. The visitor pass size itself is fixed and optimal for the dimensions mentioned.

Prerequisites

• A connected printer is required.
• The printer has been set up. For more information, refer to the printer documentation.
• The default paper size has been configured. For more information, refer to Configuring printer settings.
