Visits provides functionality to manage visitors. Permissions for visitor management functions are granted to operators through assigned roles. For more information refer to: Roles.
When selecting a location in Visits, different campuses may be available depending on your configuration setup. Keep in mind that the campuses need to be initially created in the Building X Data Setup application. For more information refer to: Creating locations in Building X Data Setup Online Help. Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that a separate visitor management subscription is required for each campus.
