You can filter the Incidents list by Classification, State and Priority.

  1. Click Filter.
  1. Select the required filters.
  • The Incidents list shows all incidents that match the filter criteria.
  • In the filter bar, the filter settings are displayed.
  1. To remove the filters click Remove filters.
  1. To close the filter menu click Filter.

The filter applies to all unselected incidents. The selected incident remains in the list even if it does not meet the filter criteria.
