In case of no connected subsystem or incident not reported by a subsystem you can create incidents manually.
- Incidents is activated. If Incidents is not activated, contact your administrator.
- Click Create.
- Enter a name.
- You can select a classification.
- You can enter a description.
- You can enter a location.
- Click Create.
- The new incident is added on top of the Incidents list. If no classification is selected, the SOP of the default classification is shown.
- The manually created incident is automatically acknowledged.
