In case of no connected subsystem or incident not reported by a subsystem you can create incidents manually.

  • Incidents is activated. If Incidents is not activated, contact your administrator.
  1. Click Create.
  1. Enter a name.
  1. You can select a classification.
  1. You can enter a description.
  1. You can enter a location.
  1. Click Create.
  • The new incident is added on top of the Incidents list. If no classification is selected, the SOP of the default classification is shown.
  • The manually created incident is automatically acknowledged.
