You can create, edit, delete, resize and rearrange widgets on the dashboard. Depending on the use case for which you want to create a widget, the following widget types are available in Security Manager:
- Access granted
- Access granted - Per hour: This column chart displays the number of access granted to all rooms, areas, or buildings of the sites within a specific hour of the day. You can use the column chart to determine the peak hours of site activity.
- Occupancy
- Occupancy - Today: It displays the total number of unique accesses, which were granted to cardholders. It shows how many employees entered the sites today.
- Occupancy - Distribution: The pie chart displays a percentage distribution of accesses uniquely granted to cardholders by site. To display more sites, use the scrollbar arrows.
- Occupancy - Per hour: This column chart shows the number of accesses granted within a specific hour of the day. Only the first access granted per day and ID card is counted. You can use the column chart to determine the peak hours of employees entering the sites.
- Occupancy - Per site: The column chart displays the number of accesses granted to cardholders today at a particular site. The name of the site is displayed on the horizontal axis, while the vertical axis displays the number of accesses uniquely granted to cardholders. Hovering over a bar of the column chart will indicate the number of accesses granted at the particular site. By default, the ten sites are displayed. To display more sites, expand the horizontal slider. You can use the column chart to compare occupancy between sites.
- Occupancy - Relative occupancy: It displays the occupancy of sites in relation to either number of their desks or area size in order to better estimate their efficiency. In the diagram, the regression line is used as a tool to compare the sites' efficiency.
- Access denied
- Access denied - Today: It displays the total number of all accesses, which were denied by card readers today.
- Access denied - Most access denied: The table lists the five card readers with the highest number of access denied events. In addition, the trend for each specific card reader is displayed, allowing you to recognize whether the number of accesses denied has increased or decreased compared to the previous period.
- Access denied - Heatmap: This heatmap displays the access denied messages that were generated by all card readers denying access within a specific hour of the day. Hovering over a cell of the heatmap will indicate the number of accesses denied at the particular site. In this heatmap, the darker the color the higher the number of the access denied messages.
- Access denied - Per day: The column chart displays the number of access denied messages that were generated by all card readers denying access within a specific hour of the day. Hovering over the stacked bars of the column chart will indicate the number and the message type that caused an access denied event within that hour.
- Door alarms
- Door alarms - Today: It displays door alarms, which were triggered today, represented by the number of all door alarms, and the number of Door forced and Door held door alarm types.
- Door alarms - Most alarms: The table lists the five doors with the highest number of door alarms today. In addition, the number of Door forced and Door held door alarm types, as well as the trend for each specific door are presented in the table, allowing you to recognize whether the number of accesses denied has increased or decreased compared to the previous period.
- Door alarms - Per hour: The column chart displays the number of all door alarm on the sites within a specific hour of the day. Hovering over the stacked bars of the column chart will indicate the number of each specific door alarm type that caused an access denied event within that hour.
- Incidents
- Incidents - By classification: The pie chart displays the percentage distribution of all classified incidents today.
- Identity
- Identity - Total: It displays the total number of identities created.
- Battery
- Battery - Charge level: It displays how many devices have a low, medium, or high battery charge.
- Devices
- Devices - Currently offline: It displays the number of devices that are currently offline.
- Devices - Longest disconnected: The table lists the five devices that have been disconnected from the subsystem and are now offline for a longer period. In addition, the device's most recent activity and the amount of time it has been offline are displayed.
- Connection lost
- Connection lost - Most frequent: The table lists the five devices with the highest number of disconnections from the subsystems today.
- Virtual credentials
- Virtual credentials - Total: It displays the total number of virtual credentials that have already been assigned.
- Custom
- Custom – Free text: It displays content with freely definable parameters. This field allows users to contribute any combination of alphabetic characters, numerical values, text, and even emoticons or smileys to express themselves more comprehensively.
- Custom – Video: It displays the live stream recorded by a camera, with a 15-second playback buffer. To ensure live streams appear on the dashboard, keep in mind to establish the video connection beforehand.
