Creating a task
- The list of tasks is open at the bottom of the Model viewer interface.
- Select + Create.
- In the New issue dialog, enter the information in the fields:
- In the Name field, enter the name of the task.
- In the Description field, enter the description of the task.
- In the Category dropdown list, select the category of the task.
- In the Priority dropdown list, select the priority level.
- In the Buildings, Location, Room/segment, and Component fields, select the appropriate objects.
- In the Assigned to field, select the task’s assignee.
- In the Requested by field, enter the requestor’s name or department.
- In the Due field, select the due date for a task.
- Select Save.
