• A Model viewer is open.
  • The list of tasks is open at the bottom of the Model viewer interface.
  1. Select + Create.
  1. In the New issue dialog, enter the information in the fields:
  • In the Name field, enter the name of the task.
  • In the Description field, enter the description of the task.
  • In the Category dropdown list, select the category of the task.
  • In the Priority dropdown list, select the priority level.
  • In the Buildings, Location, Room/segment, and Component fields, select the appropriate objects.
  • In the Assigned to field, select the task’s assignee.
  • In the Requested by field, enter the requestor’s name or department.
  • In the Due field, select the due date for a task.
  1. Select Save.
