The security settings for a document overrides the general security settings initially set in the Users > Permissions tab by the administrator.

  • A role with Administrator permissions is required.
  1. Select the document.
  1. Go to the Security tab.
  1. Select + Add.
  1. In the Picker dialog, select and add users.
  1. Confirm with Select.
  • The selected users are authorized to view, edit, or download this document as per the settings.
