Custom tabs are tabs that represent additional information about components coming from other connected sources and thus populated only via API integrations.
Lifecycle Twin can consolidate information from various sources like SAP, CMMS, BMS systems via custom integrations. When the information about a task or a component is multidimensional, custom tabs can be used. For example, for a task the labor (number, date, name, hours) and permits (number, details, date) information is pulled into Lifecycle Twin via an API integration into a custom tab. In such a case, the custom tab is shown with two tabs for that task namely, Permit and Labor, with each tab showing tabular information that is also populated via the API integration.
