The Systems profile view opens on selecting a system from the Systems page.

  1. Action buttons:
    • Edit: Opens the property fields for editing.
    • Clone: Opens the property fields to edit existing data to create a new system or create and clone a system.
    • Remove: Removes the system.
  2. Tabs:
    • Properties: Lists the properties associated with a system.
    • Subsystems: Lists the subsystems assigned to the system.
    • Attributes: Lists the attributes associated with the system. New attributes can be added. See Adding attribute data. Existing attribute data can be edited. See Editing attribute data. Changes to the attribute data is tracked and can be viewed. See Tracking the change history of attributes. Attributes can be removed.
    • Components: Lists the components associated with the system. The Components profile page opens on selecting a component from the list. New components can be added or existing components can be assigned.
    • Documents: Lists the documents associated with the system. New documents can be added or existing documents can be attached.
    • Impacted Entities: View entities that are impacted. To add components that impact the system, see Adding impacted entities.
