Rooms & segments profile - User Guide

The Rooms & segments profile view opens on selecting a type from the Rooms & segments page.

2. • Edit: Opens the property fields for editing.
   • Clone: Opens the property fields to edit existing data to create a new room or create and clone a room.
   • Remove: Removes the room.
2. Tabs:
3. • Profile: Lists the properties associated with the room.
   • Attributes: Lists the attributes associated with the room. New attributes can be added. See Adding attribute data. Existing attribute data can be edited. See Editing attribute data. The changes to attribute data can be tracked. See Tracking the change history of attributes. Attributes can be removed.
   • Rooms/segment data sheet: Lists the assets in the room. New assets can be added. Existing assets can be assigned or unassigned or removed. You can open the asset profile page by selecting an asset.
   • Documents: Lists the documents assigned to a room. Documents can be added, downloaded, or removed.
   • Impacted entities: Lists the assets that affect the room.
   • Tasks: Lists the tasks assigned to the room.
3. Displays information on the selected room.
